At Gloden Glow, we operate a no refund or exchange policy once the products has been despatched from our warehouse. In the case of lost orders it can be replaced. 

Orders within the UK are usually delivered within 1/3 working days and up to 5/7 days for international orders, For Orders made during sales, please allow up to 7 / 9 working days before despatch.  All orders to  Africa is shipped by DHL  within 3/4 working days . All orders  form Africa should kindly send us an email  before placing order Thanks. Please note  we have distributor in LONDON AND FRANCE,  and orders can be shipped from the UK & FRANCE depending on where the produces is available. 

Gloden Glow tries our upmost to ensure our products are delivered on time, however delays are possible, especially during the busy holiday and sale season. Please keep in mind that we are provided an estimated delivery date from our carries, it is an estimation, not a guarantee. On rare occasion, these packages can arrive out of the estimated time frame. 

Please also note that from time to time colour and texture of our products can change, because we regularly make improvements on all our products, not to worry ingredients stays the same.
